Creating a lasting legacy is about more than just property or possessions. It’s about the values, memories, and connections that shape a family’s story for generations. At Legacy Three Homestead, this idea comes to life through a unique blend of tradition, community, and heartfelt care. This post explores how families can build a legacy of love by embracing the spirit of Legacy Three Homestead and making it their own.

The Heart of Legacy Three Homestead
Faith. Family. Hand-Raised Animals. Intentional Living.
Legacy Three Homestead is built on the belief that a meaningful life is created through the way we love, the way we work, and what we pour into the next generation. Every part of our homestead reflects that purpose — from the puppies we raise with hands-on care, to the animals we steward, to the peaceful, modern-farmhouse aesthetic woven throughout our land and lifestyle.
We are a family-run micro-farm built on faith, tradition, and heart. Our boys grew up helping bottle-feed calves, gather eggs, check on the dogs, and cast lines into the pond on quiet summer evenings. Those moments are the reason Legacy Three exists — to honor where we’ve come from and build something honest, wholesome, and lasting for those who come after us.
At the core of our homestead is our dedication to raising purposefully bred, family-focused Australian Mountain Doodles. Every puppy is born and raised right inside our home, handled daily, socialized with children, exposed to homestead life, and cared for with the same attention and tenderness we give our own animals. We don’t mass-produce litters — we raise them with intention, quality, and a whole lot of love.
But Legacy Three is more than a breeding program.
It’s our family’s heartbeat:
A pond carefully developed and stocked for future swimming, fishing, and memory-making.
A barn and acreage that reflect both hard work and heart.
A herd of animals — from our Highland cow to our donkey to our calves — each cared for with respect and purpose.
Photography moments, seasonal touches, and a lifestyle rooted in simple beauty.
We share glimpses of this life because we believe connection matters. Families who bring home a Legacy Three puppy aren’t just getting a dog — they’re becoming part of our story, our values, and our commitment to raising animals the right way.
Legacy Three is our promise: To lead with faith, raise with integrity, and create a life our boys will be proud to carry forward. A life shaped by kindness, intention, and the joy found in everyday moments.
Embracing Family Traditions on the Homestead
Simple rhythms. Seasonal moments. Memories that matter.
Traditions at Legacy Three aren’t scripted or fancy — they’re woven into real life. The kind of traditions that happen naturally when you live close to the land, raise animals, and have three boys running wild through wide-open spaces.
Some of the traditions that shape our family and our homestead:
Seasonal Puppy Send-Offs:
Pond Days & Summer Evenings
Barn & Animal Routines
Family Projects & Homestead Upgrades
These aren’t just activities. They’re the moments our children will remember. The things that give this place its heartbeat.
Creating Spaces That Bring People Together
Warm, welcoming, and intentionally designed.
Every part of Legacy Three Homestead is designed with connection in mind — to each other, to our animals, and to the beauty around us.
• The Pond:
The center of our property — future swimming spot, fishing tradition, and the backdrop of some of our favorite puppy photos. A peaceful space where memories are made.
• The Barn:
Home to our cattle, donkeys, and homestead projects, but also the place where our children learn work ethic and compassion.
• Our Home:
A modern organic farmhouse filled with natural textures, soft neutrals, and cozy spaces where we gather, unwind, and welcome families who come to meet our puppies.
• The Puppy Nursery & Living Spaces:
Because our puppies are raised in our home — not in kennels — these spaces are created with purpose. Safe. Clean. Warm. And filled with everyday sounds, kids, and love so puppies go home ready for family life.
Legacy Three isn’t just a farm. It is an experience — one families can feel the second they step onto the property.
Living Out Our Values Every Day
Faith-led. Family-centered. Heart-first.
The values behind Legacy Three aren’t written on a sign — they’re lived in small moments, daily choices, and the way we treat our animals and the families who choose us.
• Faith:
Every decision is grounded in prayer, purpose, and the desire to honor God with the work of our hands.
• Integrity in Breeding:
Raising puppies ethically, responsibly, and with transparency. No shortcuts. No compromises. No mass production.
• Hard Work & Stewardship:
Caring for our animals with respect. Maintaining our land with pride. Teaching our boys that work is a blessing.
• Kindness & Connection:
Whether it’s answering a late-night message from a future puppy family, giving updates, or showing grace to those who need it — kindness is our first language.
Legacy isn’t what you leave behind —it’s what you live out while you’re here.
Strengthening Community Through Heart & Hospitality
Small-town roots. Open hands. Genuine connection.
Legacy Three thrives because of the community around us — the families who trust us, the friends who support us, and the local connections that make homestead life meaningful.
Our community presence includes:
Welcoming families into our home to meet their puppies in a real-life environment instead of a showroom or kennel.
Sharing our homestead journey online — the good, the messy, the beautiful — in hopes that it inspires others who crave a simpler, more grounded life.
Supporting local families and small businesses, especially those who share our values of ethical care, craftsmanship, and integrity.
Hosting seasonal puppy pick-up days, giving families an intimate experience and a warm introduction to their new companion.
Community, to us, is family. And once you take home a Legacy Three puppy, you’re part of ours.
Preserving Memories for the Next Generation
The moments today become the stories tomorrow.
We believe in capturing history as it happens — the big milestones and the quiet, everyday moments that often matter most.
Here’s how we intentionally preserve our family and homestead memories:
• Photography:
Every litter, every season, every homestead update is documented with a warm, natural, farmhouse aesthetic. These images become part of our family’s narrative.
• Journaling & Faith Notes:
Small reflections, answered prayers, and milestones in our business and personal life — things we want our children to remember.
• Keepsakes:
From puppy birth records to holiday tags to homestead projects, these little pieces become the threads that hold our story together.
Legacy is built through moments you don’t want to forget —and we hold those closely.
Building Your Own Legacy at Home

Even simple routines become core memories.

Photos, letters, journals — your future generations will treasure them.
• Lead with love and faith.
The strongest legacies start in the heart.
• Welcome connection.
People, pets, and purpose thrive in a loving home.
The Lasting Impact of a Legacy Built With Love
When families invest in intentional living, kindness, faith, and connection, something beautiful happens — life becomes fuller, richer, more meaningful.
At Legacy Three Homestead, that impact is visible everywhere:
In the puppies raised with heart.
In the children running across the property.
In the animals grazing peacefully in the pasture.
In the stories told around our kitchen table.
In the families who leave with a puppy and return as friends.
This is our legacy —and we are honored to share a piece of it with every family who steps into our story.
